Japchae Recipe

Ingredients:
- 200g Chinese noodle, 150g beef, 3 wild mushrooms
- 30g dropwort, 2 green chili, 50g carrot, 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts, chili, sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoons of seasoned soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoon of chopped green onion, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- pepper, sesame salt, sesame oil
Instructions:
Boil the Chinese noodle slightly. Soak the noodle in cold water.After draining out the water, cut in edible lengths.
Slice beef into thin strips. Add 1 tablespoon of seasoned soy sauce and fry.
Soak the wild mushrooms in water. Take off the ends.
Add 1 tablespoon of seasoned soy sauce and fry.
Cut the green onions into thin strips. pan fry with a little bit of salt.
Saute thin strips of carrots. Cut dropwort in 5cm lengths. Season.
Separate the egg yolk from the whites. Beat it and fry them. Cut them into thin strips.
Saute the cooked noodles of (1) . Put sugar and soy sauce.
Lower the heat and pan fry.
Mix all the ingredients prepared above in a large bowl.
Add sesame oil, sesame seeds and chili. Mix more. Serve it on a plate. Garnish with pine nuts.
